Our story
Built by Mr. Akhil S, one project at a time
Vriddhi Buildcon LLP is a boutique residential builder based in Bengaluru, founded and led by Mr. Akhil S. Rather than running many projects at once, we build a small number of well-finished residential addresses at a time, staying close to Jayanagar 7th Block, Banashankari 2nd Stage and Kumaraswamy Layout, the neighbourhoods where we understand the streets, the buyers and the pace of everyday life.
That approach has produced seven delivered projects to date: Sai Vriddhi and Vriddhi Lalith Mahal in Jayanagar 7th Block, and Sri Guru Vriddhi, Vriddhi Vista, Vriddhi Regalis, Vriddhi Prabha and Vriddhi Thrayathi in Banashankari 2nd Stage, plus one project currently underway in Banashankari 2nd Stage.
Every project is handed over under the founder's direct involvement, and after-sales questions go straight to him rather than a call centre.

Neighbourhood-first
We build only in areas we know: Jayanagar 7th Block, Banashankari 2nd Stage and Kumaraswamy Layout.
Quality over volume
A small number of projects at a time, so each one gets proper attention through design, construction and handover.
