Where does Vriddhi Buildcon build?
We build in three south Bengaluru neighbourhoods: Jayanagar 7th Block, Banashankari 2nd Stage and Kumaraswamy Layout.
How many projects has Vriddhi Buildcon delivered?
Seven projects are delivered and occupied: Sai Vriddhi and Vriddhi Lalith Mahal in Jayanagar 7th Block, and Sri Guru Vriddhi, Vriddhi Vista, Vriddhi Regalis, Vriddhi Prabha and Vriddhi Thrayathi in Banashankari 2nd Stage. One further project in Banashankari 2nd Stage is currently underway.
What unit types do you build?
Our projects are primarily 2 and 3 BHK apartments, sized and finished for owner-occupier families.
Who do I contact after I move in?

Is Vriddhi Buildcon RERA registered?
We are confirming formal registration and certificate details with the owner and will publish them here once verified. We do not publish unverified credentials.
Can I visit a completed project before buying?
Yes. Since all seven of our delivered projects are occupied and visible on the ground in Jayanagar 7th Block and Banashankari 2nd Stage, we encourage a visit before you decide.
